Bluro looks past what students say about themselves to what they actually demonstrated through their work. Navigational Intelligence is the name we give to the thing being built: the ability to navigate uncertainty, opportunity, people and change when nobody is telling you what to do.

Understands and uses other people’s priorities, constraints and viewpoints — accurately, not as their own opinion.
Adaptability & Learning Agility
Changes reasoning or action appropriately in response to new information and feedback.
Self-Awareness & Evidence-Based Communication
Communicates genuine capability and learning using specific evidence, without inflating or borrowing credit.
Agency & Ownership
Initiates, persists, owns decisions, and takes responsibility for next steps and outcomes.
