Bluro is a structured 10-week experiential layer alongside undergraduate teaching — designed to complement it, never to replace it. It is built for BA, BSc, BCom and similar pathways, and particularly for students who have had limited access to structured professional exposure.

Bluro is at pilot stage: the ten weeks are designed and frozen, and the first cohorts are being placed now. Pilot partners shape how the program is scheduled, staffed and reported before any of it is standardised. That door closes later.
It is also contained. If it does not work for your students, nothing about your institution has to be undone.
Attendance, self-belief and being selected are each recorded — and none of them is ever reported as evidence of capability. A student who was absent is recorded as absent, never as incapable.
